Each of those zip files need to be unzipped. Each contains a pdf giving instructions on how to use and in the case of the scripts zip, where to place the scripts.
For the collage templates, and clip art mini pack it involves loading copying and pasting as new layers.
Do google searches on them as well and you will find videos on their use.
