Since I installed the X9 version, I am unable to print images from PSP. Whenever I try, I get a message saying that the program stopped working. And it does! I did not have this problem with X8 version before loading X9. After loading X9, X8 now exhibits the same problem.. There are no real error messages. Just a popup window that says "Corel PaintShop Pro X9 (64-bit) has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
Looking for some suggestions on how to proceed: Is this a Windows problem or a PSP bug? Is there a log file (Windows or PSP) that will tell me what exactly is failing?
Any help would be appreciated.

Re: X9 Stops working when I try to print
Thanks for the response hartpaul. I had previously only loaded the 64-bit version (choosing not to load simultaneously the 32-bit version since I never use it). Your question made me think that I should test it. So I unloaded the program and reinstalled X9 with both versions (32- and 64-bit). Since then the program seems to work ok. (at least it hasn't failed yet). Makes me wonder if there is some sort of dependency in th3 64-bit version on something in the 32-bit load.
Again, thanks for your response as it seemed to put me on a track that has "fixed" (??) the problem.
