Start up problem trial version Gif animator 5

just downloaded the trialvesion, but when I try to startup I get the message

what did I do wrong, I have already tried removing and reinstalling it...

Why don't you try this. Hope it works.
1. Open the run box in the start menu
2. Type in the following:
regsvr32 /U 3ivxDSEncoder.ax
(you may want to copy and paste it there)
3. Click OK

Please let me know if it worked.
