PSP X9 Script error issues.

For anyone still blocked on this script error issue, I have found a workaround so you can use other parts of the software package.
My solution:
* Start program as normal
* Wait for script error to appear
* Put mouse over "Edit" button on top of window
* Press Enter then quickly left-click mouse to enter photo editor
* Select File->Preferences->General Program Preferences, then Default Launch Workspace
* Click Edit then OK
* Close application

On restart, PSP should start in photo editor mode.
If you navigate back to manger mode and click the globe, the script error will return. But at least rest of application is useable.
