Hi
first thanks to all to help us.
Installation X9 ultimate stopped and MSG appears saying contact technical support.
I double clic on setup.exe in the folder 64 bits/ultimate.
The installation run and VS X9 works, but instantproject is not completly installed. A lot of project are missing.
Do someone help me ?

OK lets get to the basics
at what point does the message appear - because you imply that the message appears before installation is complete - but then you say "The installation run and VS X9 works"
So does the installation stop or does it install and run
the Ultimate folder does not install every thing - did you install the 'Standard Content' and the 'Bonus Content' folders
....

The installation stop after a few minutes and the message appears.
I restart the installation by doubleclick on setup.exe.
So installation restart and finish.
All works except instantproject because lot of project are missing.
Standard content and bonus content are installed.
