Blank Splash Screen before X9 Launches

Blank Splash Screen before X9 Launches
All of a sudden, I am seeing an empty loader or splash screen appear for a second and disappears before X9 loads normally. I have never seen anything like this in any of the previous versions I ever used. Is there a way this can fixed without having to reinstall the entire program ?

The anomalies I'm seeing with X9 have been most peculiar but doing this has fixed it.
