Last try for help PSP x8 64 bit

Post by ers »

Hello. First time on board. Feel like giving up. I certainly would be greatful for any help. I've used PSP for about 10 years and this issue has me at wits end. I have been emailing back and forth with someone from Corel on this issue. I have to admit they do respond and quick to your questions. They even called me once. My issue is with PSP x8, almost everytime i go to print, my desktop starts "not responding". Sometimes it will recover, other times I have to end process. It does the same should i attempt to resize the image in the print menu. Was thinking maybe someone here has had issue and knows of a solution.

Asus CG5275
Windows 7 Home Premium
16GB Ram
nVidia GeForce GT 740
Sound Blaster Audigy
intel i5 3.20 GHZ
Hitachi 1 TB Hard drive

Thanks so much.

Does it do that regardless of the printer? Try using a virtual printer such as DoPDF.

Also, you might have a problem with the printer driver. Most people don't realize that when you delete a printer, Windows doesn't automatically delete the printer driver. So people think that when they uninstall and reinstall a printer they're installing a new printer driver. Often, they're actually still using the first printer driver, so they assume the printer driver is not the problem when it actually might be.
