Can't find people

Hello

i reinstalled my lincend version of Corel Paintshop pro x8, and want to use it for managing and editing my photo's. one way is to sort photo's on people, but in my program the scan people is grey, i cant click on it. also the manualy tagging people i cant do. can anyone help me?

I have a similar issue... My PaintShop Pro X8 does not even show the "find people" button in the Manage workspace. The strange thing is that it was ok when I had an evaluation version...

The question remains . . . are you using Collections in Navigator?

If you are, try resetting your program.

Yes, I am using "colections" in the Navigator. And I also followed instructions from Corel support, and reset my database. Nothing changed.
My navigator shows:
-Smart collections
-Folders
-Calendar
-Tags
-Ratings

... no People.

In the Organizer, after the button "Apply Edition", the next one is "Share". Again, no "find People".

Ricardo - you say that according to "instructions from Corel support, (I) reset my database". I'm not sure if this is the same as what I meant by resetting the program. To do that, first save your workspace if you have changed the appearance of the program. Shut down PSP. Then while holding the shift key restart X9. It will ask if this is really what you want to do and will start as it would have when first installed. If this is what you had done, I have no more suggestions.
