PSPX9_Corel_KPT.exe not installing

I have bought PaintShop Pro X9 Ultimate recently, but when I try to install 'PSPX9_Corel_KPT.exe' effects it fails saying I need to install PaintShop Pro X9 first (??)

From memory, KPT only works in the 32 bit version, so if you have only installed the 64 bit version, that may be your problem.

Yes, 64bit here. So there is no KPT 64 yet?

They are rather old now, though still very useful. But I am not even sure the company which made them even exists anymore. Hopefully someone with more knowledge about this might jump in here...

Even if you have a 64 bits machine, you can still run the 32 bits version of PSP.

Yes, and the default installation routine for PSP offers to install both. Many (most?) of us install both versions precisely because this then allows us to use filters and plug-ins which only come in 32 bit versions.
