Could use some tips. Video output, format etc.

Hello guys, I'm almost done on my first project. Now I'm just wondering how I should render it.

I want to upload it on youtube.
Cameras used are gopro H4B, and H3S+.
Most of the video files are in 4k 30fps but the video will be rendered in 1080p.
The video length is 15 mins, gives about 1.6gb file size.
Here's the properties of the file output format :
MPEG-4 Files
24 bits, 1920 x 1080, 30 fps
Frame-based
H.264 High Profile Video: 15000 Kbps
48000 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo
MPEG AAC Audio: 192 Kbps

So does this looks good ? Thought I could increase the bitrate maybe?

Have you gone to YouTube to find a settings information page to find out what YT says will work the best?
