Screen capture in PSP x9 ultimate

I can not find the screen capture in PXP X 9 Ultimate or is there a setting i have not done ?
In PSP x 5 had the screen capture in File > import > screen capture

They moved it, it's now under the Open command. If you look near the top you'll see "Screenshot" as an option.
