PSPX9 64bit crashing when launching plugin

I have PSPX7 and PSPX9 installed and I am launching Frischluft Lenscare plugin (both 32 and 64 bit), but PSPX9 64bit is always crashing.

PSPX7 64bit + lenscare.8bf 64bit - working
PSPX7 32bit + lenscare.8bf 32bit - working
PSPX9 64bit + lenscare.8bf 64bit - crashing
PSPX9 32bit + lenscare.8bf 32bit - working
