Hello all. I have some .mov files that are playing fine in VLC player, but after importing them into VideoStudio x7, they appear like they have no audio. I've tried a couple fixes I was able to find after googling but to no avail.
I tried converting the footage to mp4 with Handbrake and that worked for most of the files. But I have one file that is audio-less even as a converted mp4!
Is there a solution so I can just edit the Mov files (which are coming from my Canon camera)?
I uploaded the properties of the Mov type files as an attachment to this post. Any help is much appreciated...

According to the properties you posted, that video file has no audio so obviously there is nothing to convert

Wow so helpful... When I played the file in VLC audio was fine, and all audio properties showed up in details outside of VS.
I was posting the VS properties because that seems to be the regular practice on this forum.
I ended up converting the file to .mp4 to get the audio to work in VS.

In your first post you said conversion to mp4 had not worked. But now you say it did. Did you also use Handbrake for this and simply change the properties for that conversion, or did you use another conversion program?
