I have recently upgraded my HP 5120 Series USB Printer to a HP 3630 Wireless one. However, whilst it will scan via Twain, when I try to Import via Scanner or Camera it recognises the existence of the printer ok, then when I press "Scan" it comes up with "An error has occurred while trying to read from the file".
The scanner is clearly working & is recogniseable on the Network, as it works via Twain. It also sends print jobs to the printer. It just won't read that damned file - whatever that file may be.
I've downloaded all the latest drivers, as well as run the usual troubleshooting diagnostics. The problem is that it's only on PSP that it has a problem.
Any ideas?
