Cannot upload to YouTube

Post by scottfs »

My 60 sec project finally has a photo on it. That took 3 days.

So I want to load it on YouTube, render it, get message, "Unable to load file. Check your internet connection and try again." Of course, I'm connected to the internet. I'm posting this message, which proves it.

Now what???

Where in the User Guide does it mention that the Share to YouTube does not work, you have to use a hidden technique?

Hi

It is likely that your default internet browser is the issue here.

What Default Browser are you using?

Try setting Internet Explorer as your default browser, (reboot PC) does that allow upload to YT.

Are you having any other issues accessing the internet via Video Studio.
Maybe the registration panel when running the program, or accessing the Corel Guide etc.

As an aside, when using Video Studio to upload we do not get the opportunity to view the rendered video, that for me is a drawback.
We can render the project to same properties as used by the YT option, play to check quality then upload via our own YT account, because of that some users don’t bother with the Video Studio YT option , but the option is there and should work ok.

If the issue is your default browser then you should contact Corel Support giving then details of your problem.
