Adding Thunder to a photo
Anyone know how to add Thunder to photos in PaintShop Pro X9?

Thunder? Or Lightning?
With PSP X9, if you installed the 32-bit version, you can download an install the KPT collection. These plugins include KPT Lightning which will simulate lightning. But they only work in the 32-bit version.
To get the KPT collection, open PSP and go to Help -> Download More Content
It'll open a browser and give you the option to download it.
