Hello Everyone,
I tried to create a customized symbol to be used in the RotoPen. I went out and selected a picture, using PS pro to turn the background into transparent (i.e. with checker background), then I save it in tif and png format. I tested the image overlaying it into another photo and proved the background is transparent. However, when I uploaded the image(either in .tif or .png) into RotoPen, the background was not transparent. Did I miss some procedures when uploading to RotoPen ? I am using X9 Ultimate.
Can anyone give me some idea or suggestion how to get rid the background when uploading into RoyoPen ?
Thank you very much
