How do you get the end of a frame to...

... have some kind of transition? When editing some still pictures I would like the last frame to fade out or fade to black, but I can’t seem to add a transition to end of a still picture.

Thanks in advance! :)

In order to use a transition, you have to have something to transition to, such as a solid color patch.

That's right. Just go to the Color library and drag a color frame to the timeline, then you can drag the transition in between.
