No RAW support for Nikon D500
Anyone else having trouble accessing Nikon D500 RAW files in ASP3? It says that camera RAW is supported in the link http://www.aftershotpro.com/en/products ... tech-specs, but I can't get them to show up. Have not received any satisfaction from Corel Tech Support yet, though I have tried

Re: No RAW support for Nikon D500
OK - so I solved this despite Corel's attempts to help. After reinstallingASP3, updating drivers, etc., all Corel could do was offer my money back (good for them!). But the problem was caused by me using out of date Nikon file transfer utilities. I guess I assumed the old program would not corrupt the new Camera RAW files! Bad assumption. Oh Well. Update to the latest Nikon View NX-i and Capture NX-D, and all is well. Wait - I should go through with the refund offer from Corel as Capture NX-D gets better reviews than ASP3 at converting RAW. Maybe I will

How did you get it working? My D500 showed up today and I took some quick pix but ASP3 will not load them. When I click on the folder in the file system for the card reader it shows the number of images briefly but then shows zero images and does not load them.
Re: No RAW support for Nikon D500
Thanks to the folks on the board at DP Review they pointed me to the install file for the D500. I guess it came out after ASP3 was released. Corel could have made it easier to find. I guess they like creating and clearing support tickets.

More than they like sorting out the many existing problems with the software, that's for sure...AbeakerZ wrote: I guess they like creating and clearing support tickets.
