Requested parameter not found in the repository. PSP 9pro

I upgraded from PSP pro8 to version PSP pro9.Version 19.0.24x64 several days ago, online. Install went smoothly, no glitches.
However when I opened the software and tried to save my first image, even without editing that image, I get the notice "requested parameter not found in the repository."
This is on Windows 7 , 64 bit, platform. 444 gb of hard drive room, 16 mb of memory. I can however do an export to PNG or JPG optimizer and save that way but do not of course want to do that. I assume that if there is not an easy fix,
one can uninstall the software and get a refund? I did not uninstall the pro8 version as I have had to resort to using that in the meantime.

Refunds as well as free support are 30 days from purchase. So you can contact Corel an see if they have an easy fix.

My first suggestion would be reset the workspace. Which I know is weird. But if it works then it's the good life for you.

I will do a reset but something tells me that will not solve the issue. An install on a clean 64 bit windows 10 gives me exactly the same error.
So it sure cannot be my computer systems.

For LevilFiction. Thanks for the help. That worked. I checked off everything and the software is now allowing me to SAVE or SAVE AS. I have used psp since version 3 or so and this is the first time ever encountered this .
