Hello,
I am using Corel PaintShop Pro X9 19.0.2.4 x64, and I am trying to tag people in my photos. I have figured out how to use the scan feature, but it of course misses people wearing hats and sunglasses. i went to the "People" sub heading under the photo details, but the manual "Tag Person" option is grayed out.
How can I correct this so I can tag people manually?
