VS ProX9 Split Audio Out Of Sync

Post by glennbarb1 »

When I close and save a project containing split audios, the music track is no longer in sync with the timeline when I reopen the project.

Hi Glenn

Does that happen every time or have you moved one of the clips.
After splitting audio if we edit the top track we may cause the clips to loose sync.

When we split audio two things happen.
The video clip is muted
A copy of the audio is placed on the music track.

We can revert back by deleting the audio clip then un-mute the video clip.
Split audio could be applied again, if we need to do that.

I split the audio so that I can do a voice over and audio ducking.
