Hello guys, I'm trying to get the volume of the music track to fade out but not completely. Just like a fade out but to 10% for example. Is there any way I could do that?
The only way I found so far is to cut the track and drop it to desired % but it's quite aggressive hearing the music dropping directly from 60% to 10% for example.
The reason is to get a voice over / narrating on some part in the video.
Thanks!
Fluid music transition / fading

The function to use is called "rubber banding" which allows you to set whatever volume you want and any point you choose in the timeline
there is a very short demo I made here - - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tfeYQ01zUgE
that should get you started - if you can't follow that come back and we'll explain further

I use very often « Sound Mixer » as shown in Brian's demo.
It is very easy to use on any sound / music or video, that they be on main on overlay tracks. Sound Mixer is very useful when I mix two videos or music together (I think the right word is interlace).
