colour management for printing in PSP x6

I am about to upload an image to the website of DScolour Labs for printing.
I have downloaded their colour profile to my computer and in the colour profile box I have ticked enable colour management , I have selected proofing.
In the rendering intent drop down lists for both the monitor and emulated profile device I have selected Match.
Is this correct or should I use one of the other 3 options in the two drop down lists

PSP's colour management is broken. Many folks will tell you to turn it off.

I have it turned off and use QImage for critical colour management and soft proofing.
