When I click on "Learn More", it actually opens a window 'in PaintShopPro' that downloads and starts the actual Installer immediately for me (the one in the last screenshot in my earlier post), which asks for a Serial Number... which I don't have of course, since I am not given the chance to purchase anything. No Browser is instigated or opens up... I tried to open the Browser manually and go to the site for ParticleShop, but even after clicking on "Get More" and "Learn More" a few times, it does not seem to affect the Browser, as the main price at the site is the full listing price (no sale offered - I thought maybe clicking on the buttons in PSPro would instigate something in the Temp files, but that seems to not be the case).Ken Berry wrote:...
TroyTheTech: have you tried opening IE 11 and then going through the Get More process again? It is ridiculous that you might have to do this since the other common browsers should work just as well. But there are other things with Corel products which only seem to work with IE. In one case you have to go into Windows to empty the IE cache before something will show up (product registration) -- even if you never use IE at all! Corel really needs to look at this...

No ads from Sherwin-Williams. By the way, they are a reputable company so that is very strange.Ken Berry wrote:But I assume, Kathy, you didn't receive any spam PaintPerks email as well??? (You might want to check your spam folder... though in my case it came through in my normal "Promotions" folder...
My PayPal receipt came immediately as soon as I completed the purchase at 1:45 p.m. and the first batch of confirming emails from Corel came at 5:50 p.m. and then two more at 6:40 p.m.LeviFiction wrote:You know, it's interesting. I only just recieved my confirmation email. Gmail lists it as being recieved in the inbox at 7:17pm. I got my paypal receipt at 6:47. So half an hour, not bad. Not great, but not bad. Then I open up the email and I see this at the top
"sent: 6:47 PM'
So I ask Gmail to show me the raw email data, created at 6:47 PM. Delivered after 1806 seconds (30.15 minutes). So for whatever reason, it's sent immediately. But it's being delayed. Or at least that was my case.
