Hi,
I think I've found a bug in ASP3 relating to Batch Export.
I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 and ASP 3.1.0.181, x64.
For my work-flow I choose my images and mark the ones I want to keep by flagging them as picked.
I then apply the filter to only show picked images and work through them applying my edits.
The current project I'm working on has approx 443 images in 9 folders.
I right clicked on the parent folder and from the pop-up menu I chose 'Send to batch (include subfolders), which opens a second menu, from which I chose 'JPEG Full Size', the export then started but it exported all images (443), and ignored the filter. The only way to get the filtered images I want exported is to go into each folder (with the filter applied), select all of them and chose 'Export with batch preset (JPEG Full Size)' from the File Menu.
I expect the filter to be applied during the export 'Send to batch (include subfolders)', otherwise it's of no real use.
Is this a bug? If so, what's the procedure to log these and how long do they take to get fixed and applied to a release?
Thanks
Send to Batch - Subfolders - Filter not being applied
Re: Send to Batch - Subfolders - Filter not being applied
It's been a week and I haven't had a reply.
Is this the correct place to report bugs?
I haven't purchased ASP3 yet, not sure if I will if bug reports aren't addressed!

with maybe only a couple of exceptions no-one on these forums is employed by Corel - everyone - including the admins and moderators do it voluntarily as users of the product - hence the USER to USER Web Board - but you will only receive replies from other users who have had - and maybe solved - the same problem
Even the odd Corel employees who do come here may not be directly involved with that aspect of the programme
Some users have had success using the Aftershot Pro facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/CorelAfterShotPro/?fref=ts
Or - if you already have a Corel account then sign in to that and use the "Contact tech support" option quoting the PIN number you will find on your account page

Hi Brian
Thanks for the reply, I didn't realise the forums were voluntarily maintained, I probably should have read an FAQ before posting.
When I used a search engine with the term 'how to log bug report Corel' the user forums came up.
I will do as you suggested and log a ticket with technical support.
Kind regards
