Creating flyout for a tool button?
I'm sure I've done this before but can't recall how or could simply be mistaken. I would like to take the Pen tool and the Object Selection tool and put them both on the same button with a little arrow so that I can select either from the same button, just like I can do with, for example, the various types of selections with the Selection tool. Is that possible?

Re: Creating flyout for a tool button?
Yes,
It's called a Button Group. Drag a "New button group" from the "commands" tab in the customize dialog onto the toolbar, then drag the items you want in the toolbar.
Now, for whatever reason when I did this in X9, the new group button failed to update its appearance with the tool I selected. So to get around this, I did it a little differently.
1) Open Customize Dialog
2) Ctrl + Drag an existing flyout button to copy it on the toolbar
3) Add the tools you want to this fly out menu
4) Delete the ones you don't want
And that should work perfectly.
