Hi,
I have a problem.
When I apply Video Pan and Zoom filter on more than one clip, then when I customize the filter on one clip, it modifies the filter on the second. Why it happens?
Because of this I cannot have two different Pan and Zoom effect on two clips. It always the same.
Maybe I am doing sth wrong?

Hi Masla
And welcome to the forums
I have tried in vain to replicate Pan and Zoom but unable to do so.
Each time I try I can always change the effect on one clip only.
Can you give more details, what type of clip – video or image?
Are you using the overlay track or top track?
Is it your particular video type?
Have you tried using the library samples clips, do you get the same results.?
Maybe others on the forum can replicate this, but I have to say I don’t think this has been reported before?

Re: X7 Video Pan and Zoom issue
like Trevor I cannot replicate your problem - UNLESS - I put a transition between the two clips before applying Pan and Zoom - then weird things seem to happen
have you used a transition before adding pan and zoom ?

Re: X7 Video Pan and Zoom issue
I have had this problem when I apply certain filters to a video clip and then copy and paste the filters onto another clip. As you have found some filters should not be copied and pasted between clips because of the interaction between the original filter and the one that has been pasted. The filter that causes me this issue is Mercalli. Deleting the pasted Mercalli filter and re-applying it resolves the issue.msala wrote:When I apply Video Pan and Zoom filter on more than one clip, then when I customize the filter on one clip, it modifies the filter on the second. Re: X7 Video Pan and Zoom issue
I had two video clips with Fade To Black transition and another two video clips, in other place on the timeline, also with Fade To Black transition. Top track was used. First clip form both cases had applied Pan And Zoom filter. And those filters were somehow connected. Changing one, changes also the second. But it was visible only while playing video, because when I edited the filter, they had their own configuration proper. And after clicking "ok" it also affects the second clip somehow. I also remember I have once recovered the project from backup file, after my system was closed incorrectly. Maybe it has some consequences and this is why it happened.lata wrote:Hi Masla

Currently I have removed two video clips from timeline and repeated the work I have done earlier. Now, the filters are working properly. It was strange.
