NewOld Text-Animation bug in CVS X9.5 (pause long/short)

In older versions of CVS this bug appears, too !!
But now today I have ultimate made a movie from this "crazy bug".

My german is very bad. if you explained in english instead of bad music, may be we can help.
Here I have no problem in making short character fades.

** Your problem is that you keep pressing that animation. it's default start point is long, if you want short, select it and OK, that's it. It set to short, you can see that the bar under the screen has changed.

It is not a problem

The two “TT’s” is a manual approach to setting animations pause durations.
This option reverts to using the last applied pause duration.

So if you create a text and use “TT” to set “Short” then the next text using TT will also use “Short”

When you press the pre-set animations you are setting those affects, the one you chose used “Long” pause duration.

Again the two “TT’s” will use the last applied pause duration which is now “Long”

How can I change the "pre-set-animations" ??

It seems we don't fully understand your issue,
Have you tried setting the preview bar to your needs?

This "preview bar" I have never seen and never recognized in so many years I am working with CVS.
This "preview bar" has brought the solution I want.

Notice that when you manually adjust the blue bar the pause duration now shows as User Defined
