reset flickr
I removed the flickr to paintshop pro permissions WITHIN flickr with hopes of resetting those permissions. However, PaintShop Pro X9 apparently thinks those permissions still exist and do not re-ask to set up the permissions. Please assist.

They have the same problem with Google+ permissions. The only way I've found is to remove the registry keys associated with the permissions.
Open Regedit.exe
Go to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> SOFTWARE -. Corel -> PaintShop Pro -> X8 -> CmdPhotoSharing -> SocialSharing -> GeneralSettings
Delete the keys for flickr.
Open Regedit.exe
Go to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> SOFTWARE -. Corel -> PaintShop Pro -> X8 -> CmdPhotoSharing -> SocialSharing -> GeneralSettings
Delete the keys for flickr.
