PaintShop Pro 9 and Flickr

When using PaintShop Pro and uploading to FLICKR I can create a new album but CURRENT FLICKR albums do not populate to the dropdown. Thoughts?

I can't upload to Flickr with X9 at all: "Failed to Access Social Network Service." Is there a setting for this in X9 that I failed to notice?
Bummer, because it used to be so easy., & I still prefer Flickr to anything else on the net.
