Pro Dad Mercalli stabilising filter in VS X8 Pro?

I have raised this query in the body of another ongoing post but thought, perhaps, it makes more sense to raise it in a separate post.

My query is..............should the Pro Dad Mercalli stabilising filter come 'pre-loaded' in the FX library of VS X8 Pro? If not, then how can I download and install it?

Hi, The Mercalli does not come with X8 pro, but with the ultimate.
And you install it from the files you received.
