AS3 will immediately turn off

AS3 will immediately turn off

When i bought PSPx9 Ultimate AS3 was included as a selfstandning program.
When i try to open the program it will immediately shut down.
As soon as i click the AS3 icon it will shot down.
Any idea what the problem is.
I have:
PSPX9 ultimate
PSPX5 ultimate
PSP 2018
Windows 10
