Project has music but the track is not separate

Hello,

I edited a video, then added the music and saved it as a project, but I thought the music track would be separate from the video. The music track isn't showing as a separate track, but it IS working.
Is that normal or did I do something wrong? I thought that when you save a video project, it saves it as separate tracks.

I assume you can see the timeline music track and can confirm it is empty

If you saved the project as a .vsp file then the music is separate from the video and if you go "File >>open project" and select that project then it will appear as two items in the timeline

if on the other hand you saved the project by going to "Share" and selecting the computer icon then it will appear as one item only with music and video combined

That worked. I think I opened it earlier by going to "insert media to timeline". I opened it the way you said and that was it. I guess I should have known that.
