Problem with shared videos

Post by pete_bmw »

Hello. Ive downloaded 9.5 for trial.

Ive been liking it so far, but the problem that i have is that when i share the video (MPEG 1920x1080) the videos wont playback at full screen in any player.Theres always a good inch of black border around the video and will never take up the entire screen.

Any help?

Welcome to the forum!

Can you please right click on your original video in the Video Studio timeline and copy ALL its Properties here, or take a screen shot of the Properties box and upload it here as an Attachment. That might give us something more solid to work out what might be happening.

Could you also tell us what kind of mpeg you are trying to produce: an mpeg-2 or mpeg-4?
