What is the closest effect to Premiere's Echo video effect?

I'm a VideoStudio user, but have need of an affect similar to Premiere's Echo time effect. What is the closest effect in VideoStudio?

From within VSX9, highlight the music track, then select OPTIONS, then select Audio Filter, the audio filter box opens and all available filters are listed, you can select echo, long echo, reverb etc, play around with them to get the effect you want
Alternatively, you can use Audacity, apply the effects you want, then import into VS

Unfortunately, the Echo effect in Premiere affects video, not audio. My question still stands as it relates to video.

It may help if you explain exactly what you want and what "echo effect" in Premier does.
I used to be indecisive. Now I'm not so sure.

Extract from Adobe
One cool effect I learned recently with Adobe Premiere is “Echoing.” Just like sound, this tool makes it possible for the images in your video to “echo” within the film as a way to bring everything together in a meaningful and artistic way. At the very least, it will make your video look cooler.

It would appear that this effect is specific to Adobe

Perhaps the images could be put on one overlay track and combined using a degree of transparency to the overlay.
