Hi everyone,
I'm a I beginner user and I installed PSP X8 on Windows 10 but I can't understand why on the palette colors I don't have the white.
Opening a new file I always have a pink background.
Is it a error of the program or do I have to select anything in the preferences?
Could you help me please?
I can say that I had a PSPX7 on windows 7 ultimate and it worked fine.

You need to reset the Materials Palette:
If that doesn't work, you need to reset PSP.
Close PSP.
Open the program again, but hold the Shift key at the same time.
A message will tell you PSP will revert to it's Default settings. Click OK.
That should cure it.
You will need to re-do any changed settings in File>General Program Preferences and also re-do File>Preferences> File Locations
