Hi Guys
Settings – Preferences – General Tab ( F6) -- Re-link Checking
I may have deselected this option by mistake when setting my working folder.
Can you view your settings … thanks

Re: CVSX9 Re-link Checking
Never looked at that before - just checked now - it was NOT ticked
when I deliberately unlinked a video in the library and tried to put it in the timeline - I received a "The contents of this file are unreadable error"
ticking the box restored the usual re-link option
another strange default ??

Re: CVSX9 Re-link Checking
Hi Thanks Brian
Re-link Checking has always been selected by default, so don't know when this changed, I suspect the last SP.
I did not try adding to the timeline, but yes the "unreadable message"
Another one for Bugzilla.

Re: CVSX9 Re-link Checking
I have never even noticed that one before so certainly have never changed the default. And in my X9 (fully updated) it is ticked by default... It is also ticked in both X7 and X8.
