Hello. Just purchased VideoStudio Pro X9 Ultimate. During the download, the main program downloads and installs properly. However, the bonus features get about 2/3rds through the download and stall. The program doesn't crash. It just doesn't get any farther in the download. The main program is installed, opens fine and is updated. It would be nice to have the bonus features.
Anyone else experience this problem? If so, did you find a solution?

I don’t know why the download should hang unless it’s the internet connection.
Have you tried downloading the files one at a time?
Choose “Download only”
Deselect “do not Download Installed modules again”
Select only the “Standard Content”
Finally choose a download folder
Then run the Web installer again to download the “Bonus Features”
Manually install the two packs by accessing the folders to locate……
Setup_CHD.exe and setup_Bonus.exe
