AS 3 Standard

AfterShot 3 Standard (came with PSP X9 Ultimate) won't open on Windows 7 Home 64-bit system.

As a test I tried the same DVD on my Windows 10 laptop and it installed and opened just fine so I know the DVD isn't corrupt. And, PSP X9 installed and runs just fine on my Windows 7 PC.

Have ticket in with Cored, #3809976, but I guess they're so swamped they haven't gotten back to me in several days. Any thoughts?
