Unsure where to unzip template downloads
I purchased 2 collage templates from the Corel site but no information was given on where to unzip them. I have them now in the print templates folder of PaintShop X9 but they do not appear when I try to access them through the template icon in the program. I am new to the program and have watched the tutorials. They all start with the template already open on the screen.

In Edit mode (because I rarely use Manage or Adjust modes but may be same there) do File> Preferences > File Locations and under File Types click on Print Templates. Under Print Templates Folders you should find two locations. One will be C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel PaintShop Pro X6\.... which is where the program stores the templates that come as standard .
The other location will mention Documents ... in the location and that is where you store any purchased Print Templates. I am vague on that full name as it depends on the Windows system. Mine is on XP at present.
When you unzip the purchased zip file (I would do that in a temp folder on the desktop) you should find some .PspScript files. These are the actual templates you move to the Documents location. You may also find some text files there that also give you information on where to place the template files.

Yeah it's likely to be something like
C:\Users\{user name}\Documents\Corel PaintShop Pro\19.0\Print Templates
But confirm this using the method described above. You can also, using the method above tell PSP to look anywhere you like.

Re: Unsure where to unzip template downloads
I downloaded some free "New From Template" (why not just "Templates"?) templates. They are stored in folders at C:\Users\Your Name\Documents\Corel PaintShop Pro\19.0\Download\Template.
However, after downloading when I go to that template in the list the little button is gone and the message is "Installed" instead of buy now or download now. Clicking on the downloaded (purchased) template opens it. So the location of the file may not be necessary information to use it.
