Load from stream error

Post by Bimbing »

1). All of a sudden I got an "Load from Stream Error" every time I opened VideoStudio 9.0. In the Video Library there is a white rectangle with two diagonal lines from corner to corner. How do I get rid of these rectangles or errors? Thanks.

2). Also I captured footage from my DV camcorder using "DV" as format . The captured uvsxxxx.avi files were saved in a folder. However, when I tried to "Insert Media to Timeline (or Library), an error appeared "uvsxxxxx.avi contains no video data". However, when I clicked this "uvsxxxx.avi" file it played in MS Windows Player 10.0.
I would appreciate any advises. Thanks. Bimbing
