Just installed PSP X6.
I don't have any presets for special characters. Like the HAND, Stars, Arrows, Lines and etc.
When I click the preset icon (top left side of screen) the windows is empty.
How do I get the presets?
Thanks for your help.
Anthony

Try resetting your workspace -
Resetting Workspace
Resetting the Workspace in PaintShop Pro is handy when certain tools or features are missing which need to be retrieved. The following steps will show you how to do this.
Option 1
Open PaintShop Pro X6
Click on the Filemenu
Click on Preferencesin the drop down list
Click on Reset Preferences
Add a checkmarkto these options
Reset Workspace to Default Configuration
Delete all cache files (Active caches rebuilt on restart)
Click the OKbutton
Option 2
Hold down the SHIFT button on the keyboard
Still holding down the SHIFT button, use the mouse and double left click on the PaintShop Pro X6 Desktop icon

Re: PSP X6 - new install - don't have any Presets
Board member @patara discovered the problem with PSP suddenly not working. It was because of Dropbox update 8.4.19. Dropbox has since come out with two subsequent updates that fix the problem. You can learn more about it here:awbarnett wrote:(NOTE: My PSP X2 suddenly quit a few days ago. - Like so many others)

Re: PSP X6 - new install - don't have any Presets
Hello JoeB
Thank you very much for your interest and help.
I followed your instructions 1 and 2. As it turned out, I was clicking on the wrong icon to see the list of preset 'shapes'.
Before I originally posted my problem I had spent many, many hours trying to find a fix for the problem which caused the problem with my PSPX2. I was tired, frustrated and just not thinking. Initially, I thought it might be Microsoft’s updates, the same thing that caused my Corel VideoStudio program to stop working.
I owe you and anyone else, who spent time and effort trying to help me, my sincere apologies.
I am grateful for the information you gave me about ‘Drop Box’. Thanks for sharing it. That was outstanding.
It actually solved all of my PSP X2 problems. For what ever the reason, I still like X2(12) much better than X6 anyway.
Thanks to you again.
Regards, Anthony
