Not good service!Install issue
Install issue
Trying to install on hp2370 windows10 64 bit laptop. Select directory to install shows only top 1/4 install screen displays in centre of screen .Continue /install. / cancel buttons not visible. Installation not possible. Left message on chat board but no response.

Re: Install issue
Even if you cannot see the OK and cancel buttons, they will still be there. This means that you can move the cursor onto them (in technical terms, give them focus) using the Tab key. Each press of the key will move the cursor forward one button, and each shifted tab back one. Then press Enter actually to "click" the button. I do not remember the order of the installer buttons, but you should be able to find the right one by trial and error.

Was looking for this post. Thank you thank you Dutchmm. THAT was the problem. This also worked with the ParticleShop Installer.
