Last week I bought PSP X9 but installation fails.
I have a new Hp laptop, I've tried a trial version of x8 and that works fine.
Also set out a ticket to Corel last Saturday but still no answer, does anybody have a solution ???

Can you outline the steps you took when trying to install it? Did you get any error messages? Were you trying to install both the 32 and 64 bit versions, or just one of these? Can we assume this is a download version?

This is indeed a download version,
I download it with the link in the email that I got when I bought it.
Version is pspx9_pf , error message is at the start and says that there's nothing changed to the system and aborts installation
