Why are DVDVR.exe and DVDMF.exe accessing the Internet ?

Why are these programs started by Ulead Movie Factory 3 trying to access the internet ?

1) When starting "Create Video Disk" the program DVDMF.exe is trying to pass my Firewall and accessing the net address 61.56.202.80:HTTP

2) When starting "Edit Disk" the program DVDVR.exe is trying to pass my Firewall and accessing the same net address at 61.56.202.80:HTTP

Spyware - or what is this ??

It's not spyware. It's just checking Ulead website to see if there is any news update for Ulead DVD MovieFactory.

You can press F6 in DVDMF or DVDVR and uncheck the "Check Ulead web site every n days" option to turn it off.
