Cannot put organizer tray on bottom of screen X8

Help please. This is driving me crazy. I'm using PSP X8. From the Manage tab, I have previously selected my thumbnails from a single row running along the bottom of the screen. Now the thumbnails show full screen, I can't put them back on the bottom. When I go to "More options/Show organizer in" the selections Manage mode and Adjust/Edit mode are greyed out. I tried clicking the Thumbnail mode grid icon, which has always worked in the past. Now it has no effect.

The Thumbnail Mode (grid) icon is used to show thumbnails full screen. The Preview Mode icon is used to show a large preview, woth the thumbnails at the bottom of the screen. You didn't mention trying that.

Thank you for the response. When I click the Preview Mode icon, all I get is a preview image, with no thumbnails. Clicking the Map Mode icon puts the thumbnails where I want them, but no preview image. I'm hoping there is an easier method than reinstalling.

In Manage mode click on View>Palettes and make sure Organizer is checked. This will put the organizer ribbon with the thumbnails at the bottom of the preview screen if you also have the Preview icon active. If you still can't see the organizer then perhaps it has been set to Auto Hide, which means it should show as a small tab at the bottom left of your screen underneath the Navigation pane and will pop up if you mouse over the tab.

Yes! Thank you, the organizer wasn't checked in view/pallets. It's working now.
