VideoStudio X9.5 fails to launch Win 10

VideoStudio X9.5 fails to launch Win 10
After a windows update, VSX95 fails to launch. I removed all of the non-permanent windows updates but this did not help. The application exe shows up as running in task manager, but there is no splash screen and the application does not load. FastFlick & ScreenCap also do not load, however VideoStudio MyDVD does load. Any ideas?

Apologies for the delay in our reply, you may have fixed the problem by now.?
To be honest I have no idea why your program will not launch correctly.
I am running Windows 10 and there was a recent update but did not affect my program.
Were you running the fully patched version of X9? Although auto updates should prompt you to install patches if not using the current version.
You could try re-setting the program by re-naming the 19.0 folder
