add 3rd party plugins

Hi,
I am using ASP2 and was wondering is there an option to add 3rd party plugins like Nik collection, Topaz, Perfectly clear (i know it is built in , but it is very limited).

Would be nice if the feature to add more plugins will be added to future versions
