Split point for DVD-9 DLT masters

I can never get WS2 (using latest update patch released 7-05) to automatically figure out the split point/cell boundry when I make my DVD-9 DLT masters.

If my ISO file is 8,190,800 bits (7.7GB), is anyone good at calculating the split point and/or nearest cell boundry?
